@StevenM in which country? Here they are mostly sold out. In germany the prices are even higher. The kenevo comp is on sale there, same price as levo FSR but I would like the new engine and bigger battery, ie 500w instead of 700w.
I have both built my own 29” on a chiner frame and built up a Trek Top fuel from 9.7 to 9.9 so I will most likely buy me a FSR too. They are on sale now, 3999€ for the base model, down from 4999€, probably new model coming soon.
I just tried the app on a 2019 Levo. The maps on a iPhone Xs displays the paths really thin so I have a hard time reading them. Is it better on a android phone with lower resolution screen, ie the bv6000? Can someone show me scrrendumps or photos of the map display?
Considering a Kenevo Comp fattie. The only concern I have is that even on MY 2019 bikes the engine is speced as 1.2E and battery at 460wh. I realise this bike is also much less money than a 2019 Levo.
I am considering a Eone Sixty 800, but it bothers me that it seems Merida has not updated the bike in two years, only upped the price.
Is this true or not?
The 2019 batteries will only fit 2019 bikes, they are much longer etc so not the same form factor at all (what a nightmare a couple of years from now when you need a replacement battery).
I just tried a 2019 Comp Carbon Levo, what a bike. Totally different than the 2018, it felt much more like a normal MTB and the power really was much more apparent.
I would strongly recommend a test ride so you can see for yourself.
I will try a Canyon Spectral:eek:n next week to see if I can...
The 2019 battery is even longer than the 2018 version, which is crazy.
I am actually considering not getting a Levo just because of this because I am sure I will need an extra battery with me.
I would go with two 2018's, you should get a good % off the price since it is "last years model". In...
Alright, was considering a Canyon Spectral:on6 but I have a deal on a 2018 Levo Comp 6fattie for almost the same money and I think that is a better buy.
Nice. I have had a Specialized Levo as a demo this weekend with a rock shox Reba, what a horrible fork that is. I was offered it for 2800€ as a demo bike but I think I would rather get a new Spectral:on6 instead especially if the fork is as good as a Fox Performance fork.
