Can you show on more detail where the rocker is damaged? Maybe take it apart so we can possibly help more

What about getting the rocker thread re tapped (possibly increase the sizing with appropriate bolt) and still be able to ride the bike in the meantime?

I'd say there's probably slightly more adjustability on the thule ones as the topeak slide back and forth to set them level.. The thule ones have the silver bars(3 different lengths for rear so you can really fine tune the level position.(set whatever length silver brace bar you want and then...

Whichever one takes your fancy. I had a cheap halfords one that was happily used by 2 of my girls when they were younger with no issues. Whatever you buy will probably need an appropriate axle for your levo. Robert axle project make said axles to allow cargo trailers and suchlike to be compatible.

Yeah.. Not for me. I'm using shimano 4pots otherwise I'd opt for some trp 2.3mm wide rotors. Think I'll wait for shimano's 220mm offerings to become more widely available. In your situation I'd be looking at the standard steel hope rotors in 220mm.(that is, like you say.. If you can get them)

Not used them, like you I'd considered some as they seem easy to get in 220mm flavour but after watching that I think I'll look elsewhere. That can't be good surely? Even allowing for thermal expansion, that seems like a hefty gap.
