Looking at the picture, it seems the part of the fork (arrow) hit the frame. Is there a protection to overturn the handlebars? EDIT: ahhh, I see - this part (arrow) is rubber! So, either the rubber is too hard or the frame is too weak at this spot.

I have no good feeling to clamp the Levo at the dropperpost. I do not clamp my Levo at all. If I work on the front wheel, I hang it on the downtube, if I work on the rear wheel and the drive, I hang it in the sattle.
