I use a lanyard with a quick release clip. Take it off when on the bike rack and if I have to leave it (not often).. Pre-lanyard I did loose it for over an hour in mud and leaves.
I was without my previous Cube for 3 weeks as after a heavy downpour the Purion failed. ( 3 weeks for the warranty to approve it).
So on the new Whyte it was the first thing to update.
The Kiox is waterproof.
The Kiox can be removed, and actually coded so the motor is mobile without the...
I have wondered as well. It seems to be the same although it now comes with the Shape it link.. Apparently this was available for the V1 but since the V2 came out it isn't compatible ? Still a great bike.

I have a new cassette, chain and...
Stan’s dart worked for me. It filled a large nail hole and stayed there for 1500km until I replaced the tyre. Apparently it reacts with Stan’s sealant......if you are using that.
A lanyard is essential. Before I had one I lost mine in mud and leaves it was buried and took me over an hour to find it by re-tracing my route.
It flew off again yesterday but saved by the lanyard. I have it secured with a removable clip for security and downloads.
....and it’s a retro fit...
