replace the rim with a stronger one like a dt swiss xm 521 35mm or fr 570 27 mm if you want to run a narrower tyre , if you try to beat the rim back to shape it will be very weak in that area and can crack , i was asking your location because if you were local to me i could lend you a wheel...
wet resin pads do that. to check if the rotor is bent you can lift the bike and spin the wheel you will see and hear the rotor move inside the caliper, try to pull the pads out and scuff them up on a bit of 240 grit emery cloth , then spin the wheel holding the paper lightly over the disc ,

i usually run maxxis high roller 2 or DHF up front and magic mary or rocket rons on the ass, just depends on the surface and style of riding , if your more of a hard dirt and fire trail rider then the hans dampf or maxxis ignitor would be the pick
i read somewhere that you remove the magnet from the wheel and attach to the crank , mount the sensor on the frame to pick up the crank magnet and it will do the same thing ur doing
