You can get grounding bands that you put on areas that are injured. In your case it would be useful. I swear by grounding and since doing it every day for hours at home using a matt my recovery from sport and injuries has massively increased.
Actually my whole family do it as we've seen lots...
Also check if any links in the chain are tight and causing the chain to skip. I had this issue on the weekend. I think hitting rocks with chain ring was the culprit :D
My Giant Trance is 6 months old and the chain now needs replacing at 1100 Km. The one that came with the bike is a KMC e.12 Turbo, EcoProteq, e-bike optimised chain.
Can I just replace it with a standard 12 speed chain? I'm looking at a SRAM Chain PC-GX Eagle - 12 speed thats 50% cheaper.
Any...
An update. The hub bearings are loose again. Twice I'll be at LBS in 4 months with this issue. Ridiculous. Will definitely be grabbing some hope hubbed wheels but very annoying to have to do this on a 9.5K bike. Grrr.
You are a sarcastic man. Well done.
Not sure if you are winding me up here. Of course a low dropper does not inhibit your climbing or balancing on bike- as it goes up and down.
?? You want the seat as low as possible so you can hang off the back and move around on steep/ technical terrain. I remember when droppers were not popular and myself and my mates were a rare few running them. Everyone said they were a fad 🤣
The lower the better.
From experience I like running see through / off yellow lenses all year round. The promise of rapid transition of the photocromatic glasses never really happens. What is with the goofy designs of glasses these days? They look ridiculous 😄
One major issue I have if I'm being honest is pinch flats. Ive killed two tyres in the 4 months. Time to get some inserts. I guess a 25KG bike that hits rock gardens at full speed is always going to be an issue.
Used clips for decades and they eventually ruined my knees. Went to flats and there was a long transition to them but once I got used to the different action you use to move forward and dabbing at ease - I never looked back.
The right shoe and flat pedal matter though and for me I prefer some...
I'll keep this brief. I'm out about 3- 4 times per week and riding trails I used to hammer a decade or more ago.
I'm riding up technical trails as much as the downs. I'm smiling like a lunatic every time I head out.
At first the cost was like W T F! But honestly its worth very $.
I'm riding...
