Weird, i get a large rail in with the front wheel off no problem at all. Have also fitted a medium kenevo in at the same time with front wheel removed.
Have also had the large Rail and a large E160 in with front wheels removed.
Very happy with mine though I also wear them with waterproof socks. Not the warmest but my foot went through some ice and into a deep puddle at the start of a ride the other day and i was fine👍 Nice to hose them off at the end of a ride too while wearing them.
Not at all, I did mullet my 2020 ages ago, i really liked how it rode but it was too low for where I ride. There was no issues with the speed sensor but you can get you wheel size changed by a Bosch dealer if necessary.
Out of interest, which measurements will be changed to allow the mullet on the 2022, chainstay is exactly the same, bb height is very very similar, i'm not sure what exactly matters though?
I’d jump in now and get an extra 5-6 months of riding. Anything could happen between now and July.
You might end up being perfectly happy with the 9 but if not you could always sell it and buy a 9.8 in the future, Rails seem to hold their money well.
I don’t think I’ve ever seen a report of Bosch gears failing, not saying they don’t but it’s usually the bearings.
With your last paragraph, how do you twist it that Bosch selling motor spares is a bad thing😂
Mine is the same size dimensions as the one at Triton but mine says 17nm on it. Probably best to ask Triton, i've bought from them before and they are very helpful.
The bolts he needs are Oem so surely better to buy from a Trek dealer. As far as I can tell the tftuned ones are for converting trunnion to pin and not the other way round.
