Man what a butt to remove. FYI there is an o‘ring in a captured groove for the the end cap or whatever it is called. Doesn’t seem like much lube was used if any.
Got it off, added pawls. Quieter than before.
cool to see no wear on the cassette to the hub. I guess the micro splines are good and...
I put these rotors on my 7 front and rear. The stock brakes didn't line up as I like with a similar bracket, so I 'adjusted ' the bracket.
The stock brakes work excellent with these rotors and well worth the time and $.
Very pleased with the results.
35mm stem and 220 rotors fitted. I feel the brakes match the speed and weight of the bike better now. The shorter stem felt fantastic first ride.
Loving this bike.
Took mine for a 21 mile ride today, came home and my 220 rotors and adapter were delivered.
Just finished fitted them. Bedded in the rears, almost bedded in the fronts on a couple runs up and down the street. This will help a ton bombing down the hills. I feel the extra weight and now feel the...

I have the spline tool ordered - the zeb uses it for bottomless tokens, so I figured I’d fuss with that as well since I can’t leave anything alone. Hopefully that will enable the removal of the freehub.
I see from my searches I only need to pull off the cassette for access to install the 3 more pawls.
all of the videos show them removing the gears first.
From what I see this should not be require.
Does the gear cassette nut hold the assembly in place Or can it be removed with the gear cassette...
My path was going to be yari adding 170 air plus 2.1, and have it shop installed. Close to $500 here.
I probably should not have replied as I thought it after this is a thread about coils not air.
Sorry this is a thread about coils.
Regarding the ZEB over the Yari,
I am very pleased with the Zeb over the Yari. much stiffer chassis is very noticeable. Mine was 160 stock and the ZEB 170 what I was looking to do anyway. Mine did not have the 2.1 damper so it would have cost about 4/500 to...
