Same for me,always large in every other bike, even went Xl on a 2019 Bronson, which was an error, never felt quite right, went for large with my 2023 Bronson & that feels the same as my medium Strive, the numbers back that up as well.

I'm bang on 6ft & went with a medium, totally the right decision for me,fits like a glove.

I found that mine was the easiest one I've wrapped so far,& I've done 6 or 7 of my bikes over the years.

No worries. Its about time someone invents a personal force field for around the bike & me so I can fall off whenever I want to & not worry about it  😅

It depends on how fresh you want to keep the frame looking, all a wrap will do is keep it mostly free of the smaller scuffs & dings, anything more substantial than that & it'll go right through it,which I've done on a few bikes, not much you can do if you have a proper lie down in the undergrowth...

I've put Invisiframe on mine, ridewrap also do one. might also put a downtube protector on as well,as a few others on here are doing, not sure yet, there are no specific ones for the Strive, they are a just generic downtube protector. A page or 2 back there are links to a few different ones on amazon.

Nice one, thanks for that, hopefully save me some time,it's always the same with a creak, the sound echos around the frame so it's a pain trying to locate it. I was pouring water over various contact points throughout the ride, but to no avail.

Went out again yesterday, didn't start well, after about a minute of the 1st run i got a slash in the side wall of the rear tyre, instant flat, wouldn't seal,so had to put a tube in,but these things happen, there is a lot of flint type rock around on certain runs at my local. Rest of the ride was...

Forgot to add about sizing. I'm 183cm tall & the medium is perfect for me,all I did was move the seat back about 10mm & it was bang on,making the bike feel very easy to move around on. A large would of definitely been to big for me. As for weight, when riding it doesn't feel any heavier than my...

Yep,that's correct the rims come ready to run tubeless, just need to add valves & sealant. I've got the 625wh battery in mine,750wh is the other option, I'm guessing it would be compatible with a 500wh but would need a different spacer as it's smaller than the 625wh,which I doubt is available.

The Invisiframe was actually not as bad as I feared, best job I've made of one so far & it seemed easier than I remember, even did the Zebs, although I was left alone most of the day, which always helps. What size frame did you go for?

Bike finally arrived on Wednesday, UPS failed on Monday & Tuesday, not the best for sure. Spent Thursday doing the Invisiframe, tubeless set up etc. Eventually got out for a ride earlier, rode from mine to the nearest place which is more xc/trail than enduro but good enough for a shake down...

Ha ha,the sensor on my Rise is also on the brake disc, had no idea that other bikes locate them on the valve stem,I would of been on here asking what it was as well🤫😅

We are trying to inject financial logic into a scenario where most of us change bikes every few years despite the cost,& the newer bike being only marginally better in most cases,I say if you want some kashima in your life & you don't mind spending the cash then go for it. Personally I love...

From my experience with my Rise, which also has an integral battery,I'm more than happy for a slightly heavier bike if it means I can remove the battery to store & charge it inside. I had to charge the Rise in the shed for most of the time & the battery needed replacing after 12 months, make of...

I ordered mine with the 625wh,I'll see how I get on & maybe get another one for big days out,or even a 750wh as the spare, not much difference in price.

Triscombe & the Quantocks are just up the M5 for me,about 50 minutes, some great trails there, planning on taking my Strive up when it arrives, nice to know it'll be in its element up there.

Yep,there's plenty of £12k plus bikes around to prove a very moot point that £7k is cheap for a bike, but to anyone that isn't involved in the sport its a ludicrous price to pay,but the same applies to most hobbies, if its your thing & you're passionate about it then you will justify the cost...
