Billy no mates today ..so travelled down to one of my favourite trails "Bolts Law " ..otherwise known as the Lead Mining Trail starting from Edmundbyers .
A ride of two halves as instead of doing the full loop ( didnt fancy the 5mile road section) I did a there & back then travelled by car to...
Loads of tread on there still..never seen that before in terms of the " cracks"..
Is there any significant loss of air between rides ?
If not then I would still run with it ..but that's me.. a tightwad ..and not a recommendation.
You would be correct Tyjay .." Into The Valley " being the section in question ..however all is not lost as the trail itself has been saved & also improved and once you get used to the trees not being there anymore it feels like something new has been created .

Funniest thing I've ever seen while riding was on a group night ride a good few years back I was in front of a group of six beside the River Tyne when I heard a commotion behind and turned in time to see a heron flap the helmet of Dave Tasker (all 6'5") as it dropped from a tree...
