So I thought I’d give the S-Works Levo a refresh, fit new cables, replace pads & bleed the brakes, maybe a new chain.......ended up stripping the frame down and having it custom painted??♂?♂

I’ve have the ACS3 coil kit fitted to my Fox 36’s on my Stumpy Evo for a while, really like them and match the Fox coil fitted to that bike well.
Quite like the damping on the a Rockshox so will test out the coil kit on one of my sets and see how it stacks up but the Push HC97 damper looks...

700wh battery fits in all the frames if that’s what you mean?
Does mean buying a 700wh battery which aren’t cheap but I have a 500 & 700 battery and swap between depending on use. Shorter rides I use lighter battery.
Or try faster rolling tyres & lower power output to extend your range.
I’d take the TCU out and see if those cables/connectors are a cause. Had that on my Alloy Levo and wrapped in foam tape to resolve.
Other than that there are two solid plastic pipes that guide the brake/shifter cables. Just a push fit at the top of down tube, could rattle if they came loose I...
