Apologies for the delay @temon10.
The controller's connectors and motherboard look clean. No signs of overeating through overvaulting etc.
Your phase wire cables dont seem damaged or kinked. And the pins in for the molex connectors look straight.
My guess is that a particular part of the...
Yeah, 120mm headtube.
I don't doubt that you brought the correct size headset.
Currently, my E22 is in storage as I'm field testing my E10v2. This weekend, I'll pull my E22s headset out and measure the insertion. Granted, mine is a large. But I can try to eliminate any discrepancies as to...
That is an E22 frame with the innotrace M620 motor.
Curious why they're sticking with the stock 840wh Battery.
I can't find a geometry chart on their website, so I can't comment. But they do explain that they only have the medium and large frames.
Without looking at the motherboard and connectors, I couldn't say. I've swapped the white molex connectors out of one controller due to an alignment issue.
Kindly take clear pictures for inspection 👍🏿
Hi @BojanZ, I've just messaged Superstar Components to confirm why they are no longer shipping outside the UK. Their website still states that they do.
Following from HIDrive's above pictures, I wouldn't mind cross referencing the insertion requirements of the headset cups.
Mine works and is...
So a friend of mine 'lost his s$@t' at me, after discovering that I've been using a 5amp charger to charge my Dengfu batteries 😀
Honestly, I never thought anything of it. But it has dawned on me that no one wants to be waiting unnecessarily for a battery to charge.
This particular charger...
Those are Anderson connectors @HIDrive. They slide/clip together, depending on the orientation you wish to have them in.
Simply slide and unclip them from one another and arrange in the best orientation, to prevent any kinks. This will ensure that the motor can be seated into the motor mount...
The medium E22s should have a headtube length of 120mm'ish. The lower cup should be fully seated into the headtube.
Just to be safe, please measure the headtube yourself @HIDrive. I have noticed discrepancies with certain geometry numbers on my E22 compared to the geometry chart.
The headset numbers correlate with the diameter of the headtube diameter both upper and lower. In the E22s case, it uses a 44mm diameter headset for the top & a 56mm diameter headset for the lower.
As for the headset correlating with whether it caters for a straight steerer or tapered, usually...
Personally, I'd use this.

Depending on your frame size, select the appropriate headset within the 56/40 range. They also cater for tapered steerer forks or straight steerer forks.
If you let me know which frame size you've...
I thought as much. You'd know if it was the magnet, as you would hear it rattling around.

Here's where you can get another one. Be sure to use the besst tool to recalibrate the motor upon installation.
Do you know how to remove...
Its difficult to diagnose your motor symptoms @temon10 by your analogy. If the motor spins freely when back pedaling and engages the chainring when pedaling forward, the motor (mechanically) should be fine.
It is possible that the internet poll magnet may have come loose. But you'd know whether...
It would be unfair/biased of me to suggest that the stock 44t 130bcd chainring/spider wont be as good compared to a lower teeth chainring. My preferences reflects my E22 build.
But using a 104bcd spider/chainring still allows you to use up to a 44t chainring.
👍🏿
It's funny you should say that. Throughout the entire time I've built, ridden and thrashed my E22, I've never lost the chain or had it skip off from the narrow wide 12spd chainring. Same thing goes with my E10s as well...
It depends on which adapter you use.
I use the Christini 104bcd adapter. GBK and other vendors, sell the M500/M600/M510s chainring with a spacer. The reason being is because the M620s Q-factor is wider than the M500/M600/M510.
As such, I'm able to run the chainring on the inside of the spider...
I do have experience with the innotrace controller @TeoElFeo.
Technically, my Tsunami runs that same controller. However, I never used it in the way most would.
Essentially, the controller allows you to pump more amps through the motor. Thereby allowing you to push similar power to that of a...
Hi @TeoElFeo,
Whilst Bafang are only making the M620s using the CANBus protocol, you can still buy the UART variants.
Green Bike Kits sells both.
Titan Pro only sells UART.
Hope this helps 👍🏿
