If your worried about your previous surgeries impacting what you ride, i would go for the full suspension. It will negate a lot of impacts on your body from everyday bumps.
So I recently got a new full suspension touring/trail 130mm e-bike and I'm looking to buy any accessories/spares to attach to the bike as I'd prefer to ride without any bags on me.
I've been looking at stuff like one-up EDC stem accessories, swat, frame straps etc for mounting different...
I haven't replaced it yet. This is the one that came with the bike. Focus said it needed to be replaced and I'm waiting on my replacement to arrive from Germany. Fingers crossed.
So i've been having trouble with my new Focus Thron bike. The chain doesnt seem to be releasing from the chainring properly mainly when going uphill and putting a lot of pressure on the pedals. (Video: ). Focus has said they believe the wrong chainring might have been put on the bike and have...
I've had my new bike for about 2 weeks but just thought I started to notice a new sound from the pedals/motor when it first engages moving forward (motor on and off)
I took off the chain so it's easier to demonstrate and recorded this video. I know it's a bit louder because of the echo, but is...
I recently bought a handlebar kiox mount so I can move it off of the stem topcap mounted position.
I undid the bolt of the kiox stem mount to reveal a little area that looks around an inch deep and has a kind of star pattern at the bottom. (Pic below).
I know it's all metal (not carbon), and...
Yes, they want me to request a replacement ring through my dealer. They looked up my specific bike serial number and also that I told them I have a 'wave tooth' chainring, they said the wrong one is on there and to request replacement.
So I went to hospital today, and when I walked out I saw a bike shop across the road so I decided to take a look (since I needed a bell anyway), ended up talking to the guy there and turns out he actually used to work for Focus! Pretty wild considering I'm in Australia. So he got in contact with...
You just got me excited that it could be something so simple. But unfortunately I just checked and the narrow/wide teeth are correctly engaged with the narrow/wide chain gaps.
To my understanding the whole bike is brand new 2021 fresh out of the box. I've had the bike for about 2 weeks now and it's been happening since the first weekend I had it. I haven't cleaned or the chain or lubed it since I got it as they told me that won't need to be done for a while. I was in...
Thanks guys, the reason I was wondering is I'm having trouble with my new bike where it's making a noise and sensation through the pedals when going uphill and putting pressure on the pedals. Motor on or off. Another bike shop had a look and pointed out how every second tooth on the chainring is...
I've been having some troubles with my new bike and was wondering, anyone that has Shimano 12 speed, could you try put your chain on the largest gear (with most teeth), then walk the bike backwards again and again and see if the chain skips down a gear or two? It also happens if I lift the rear...
