I used to have SPD’s on my last bike, but with decent flat pedals and a pair of Five Ten’s, my feet stick to the pedals.

I use the Halfords stand with fake crossbar, and lift the bike onto the stand in its lowest position. Then one foot on the stand and up it goes.

That looks great. I wonder if the large Proguard front would protect the rear linkages the same as your mudhugger has. Anyone done this?

Have you taken the cover off the motor, and cleaned out any dirt or water that may be in there? Mine fills with mud and sludge regularly, so once a week I take the sump guard off and clean it all out. It’s a pretty crap design tbh, considering these bikes are made to go off road all the time.

Once you get used to the Kiox, you wouldn’t have anything else! And having it centrally mounted is a much more natural place to have it.

I've got the Kiox on my 160, but my dealer changed it before I got the bike, as the Purion is Pure crap, in comparison! :D

Keep us posted. I've fitted DH22's to my Whyte, and there's a lot of resistance compared to the Schwalbe's on my Cube.
