In UK a product has to be "fit for purpose" or you can send it back for a refund.

it's plausible they're running out stock so getting to the back of the warehouse. stock management wouldn't necessarily be first in first out. yeah that would be logical but we don't live in that world.
My ticker's OK (though I'm a marked man as both my grandfathers dies from heart issues and my dad had a big one younger than I am now) but am surprised and pleased to hear how many are being helped by their bikes.

yeah same here. I'm 172 cm (5ft 7), inseam 79 cm (31 inches). Canyon put me on a small but I've ridden my mate's medium Spectral ON, it's fine.
