Update: bb hits on logs broke the Rockguardz in 3 rides. Unfortunate but to be fair to it it's designed for protecting against flying rocks not weight of bike and rider on log. I won't be chasing them for a replacement.
you bike was bought new - it has a serial number. Spesh will be able to find out where it went from their warehouse if Lordgun shouldn't be selling it. should still be warrantied I think.
(it's odd tho they use a .co.uk domain for an Italian business). and the copy on their website is plainly...
that seems odd me, I'd check with Spesh that the dealer is OK to refuse you.
imagine you were travelling and you needed help away from home, would you be refused?
No it's not.
The rule is DBAD (Don't Be A Dick).
Best at quiet times, always yield to walkers with a smile, be mindful that any bend could reveal kids, dogs, anyone scampering about. (Same as a bridleway actually).
Be safe and don't compromise anyone else's enjoyment of the path.

@Zimmerframe for sure you have to get that battery checked.
I don't know what ordering energy is accessed from the battery but if it's randomised rather than in a fixed order then a fault will show up at random times for each discharge cycle.
or maybe it's in "order" from where it stopped, so...
sounds right to me - on turbo I get 2.small-something metres of altitude for 1Wh, so 1000m from my 500Wh battery. Last night I got 639m height 23.75km distance from 315Wh. All climbs full gas with me pedalling hard quite a lot to keep the speed at max. (I wouldnt "normally" ride like that but I...
I think altitude gain is a better indication than range.
I weigh about 80kg dressed to ride and can get about 1000m gain from my battery 500Wh if I work hard and go full gas turbo.
If I run at eco on 10%, which is still faster or easier than a clockwork bike, I think I could get over 3000m...
yes.
when I ride with my clockwork buddies I do as much as I can with the bike turned off or on super low assistance.
when I ride solo or with e-buddies I go full gas and treat the climbs as intervals.
slog climbs don't help with fitness (they just make you tired), intervals at HR max do and...
@Raknor I have a gloss finish like that on my '19 Comp Carbon. It scuffs and marks quite easily, so if that bothers you (I'm over it, it's still a mountain bike) take care, perhaps put some heli tape on.
