Sorry to Hear about your shoulder. I did the same thing two weeks ago. broke the shoulder(now have a metal plate in there) and shattered the top of my arm. No driving for three months, no riding for six, if i'm lucky.

Depends on my ride. I can flatten a battery in 15kms of steep hills using "boost", but ive also got 71km out of a battery on flat roads using eco. I use this bike for everything
