This is total BS. The Kenevo is not discontinued and as recently as four weeks ago a shop I buy from got 3 in stock which they sold almost instantly. There is currently 1 S4 in stock in California at Roy's Bikes in Upland and another in stock in Bend, OR at Bend Electric Bikes. Your dealer is...
It is made for me. Currently have an Enduro, Evo and Kenevo. Would love a lightweight powered version of my Enduro and will get one as soon as it is released.
First off you say people are not losing their minds, but then you use the term outrage. Outrage over the price of a bike that they don't have to buy and has no affect on their life is pathetic. What they are really trying to say is they are upset and jealous that they can't afford one, because...
You mean like Porsche having to replace every $50K motor in the 2014-15 GT3's and then extend the warranties to 10 year 120K mile? It is not unheard of at all.
Explain to me why everyone is losing their minds about a $500 US price increase in the SWorks level bikes? I didn't see 500 comments on the price of the previous generation being $14,500 US., but maybe I just missed them. The SWorks has gone from $14.5K to $15K and you are getting a more...
This bike is far from the same. Reach numbers are significantly longer and the sweet spot for the HA will be 64-64.5. Having switched between the 2020 Levo and 2021 SJ Evo, there is no comparison to how the bikes ride. The 2020 is closer to a classic Trail geometry while the 2021 is pushing...
I have what sounds like a similar problem on my 2020 Kenevo. When connected to my Garmin the speed randomly drops to zero about every minute or two. In addition while on the same map the power put out is highly variable. Sometimes it feels like it is in Turbo and sometimes like it is Eco...
You can look at the code on the shock body and enter it on the Fox site to see the tune you got.
Agreed on the pressure. I am 190 lbs and was running 210 PSI on my Levo/X2 setup when I had it. Personally I run the X2 on the softer side with 3 volume spacers to get it plush in the beginning...

For the Sram cassettes you have to look at how often the cogs are pinned. NX they are pinned about 5 time, GX they are pinned about 20. Have bent several NX cassettes, GX/XO1/XX1 have been solid.
Based on the updated pricing, I would just get the battery. The new pricing has jumped significantly.
Regarding range, I swapped the 500 for the 700 and it is significant. We have done 60 miles and 7K of vertical.
FYI it sound like Specialized might have gotten a container or two of Kenevos. Was just talking to a shop and they got 3 Experts in size S4 today. They were expecting only one. Happy hunting!
