Good news! Giant NZ is going to replace the frame under warranty. Getting a small upgrade too. They're getting me a 2019 Trance E+ Pro 0 frame and battery cover. As much as I liked my Orange bike, I think the black is going to look very sexy!

I just ordered the MT7 but originally looked at the MT5's but the levers would immediately be replaced to single-fingers and the pads they came with weren't near as good as the MT7 ones. Adding up all cost of the bits I'd need to have a comfortable set of MT5's, the MT7s weren't that much more...

had a few emails and sent them photos. they sound like they agree it's a warranty issue. hope Giant feel the same. more to come...

Interesting :unsure::unsure: This is clearly a product failure under normal riding conditions and the bike is very well maintained. Hope Giant do the right thing here... Will keep everyone posted! Fingers crossed

Cheap steel for the win!! You could also consider swapping to an 8 speed drive terrain. I've already ordered mine: Box Four 8S Wide Groupset Keep in mind that you will need also need to swap to Shimao driver body if you have an Sram XD

I'm 6foot3 and can only say that 500mm reach should be a minimum for you. I sat on a 2020 Kenevo XL and it feels miles bigger than my Giant Trance E+

I replaced my bent Praxis cranks (ISIS) with Raceface A-Effect (ISIS) and they fitted just fine. I'd say anything with ISIS will work for you.
