Yamaha pwx3 is changing market possible

I am looking at a new bike to replace my existing scott e-genius. That uses a shimano motor. I have an app called st u locker that enables me to change the market from UK to US and raise the speed limit to 20mph. I find this to be just right.

The bike I am looking at uses yamaha pwx3 system is there a hack to do some thing similar on this? I see you can get a chip for full derestriction but would prefer to keep the 20mph limit. Is this possible. What are the options for this system?

Seems like there is not much of information out there yet for the PW-X3 on what is available and what is being advertised as available and whether or not it works without throwing error codes.
