No matter what the disciplines emtb ,e-gravel bike or road e-bike i think these races/events are a great way for manufacturers to test new kit /tech and can only be a good thing

Racing is racing No matter if powered or self powered
Or else whats the point in any discipline of racing cars, boats , bikes ,horses , people etc etc .

Uphill techincal trails are the best to ride on ebikes, you can get all the adrenaline/endorphine and sense of reward that you get on DH, without the risk of injury, and the motors make it possible to test the skils and bike handling instead of power of the rider.
Next year I'll go to some meetings, wish it could be on Switzerland ...
