What came with your 2020 levo?

Hey everyone. Just got my 2020 levo!! But after leaving shop think I may be missing some things. Did you guys get the nice case with your charger? I didn’t its in small cardboard box. Did ask the shop and said not all come with the case but I haven’t heard of that. Also didn’t get any tokens for the shock and no things for the tires to run tubeless. Did your guys get this stuff and what else did you guys get, that I may not have??

Yeah I got the case for the charger and manuals. Bike shop set me up with tubeless for no extra cost and gave me the tubes it came with as spares.

When did you purchase? Maybe they ran out or quit doing it maybe??(the case) But if not be nice to have

Bought in September. Came with black zipped case, manual, tubeless valves, tokens. Bike shop set up tubeless and gave me tubes and rim strip.

Mine came with charger in case, tokens in forks (no spares), tubeless setup and spare tubes.

my charger failed after about 4 months my LBS gave me a new one under warranty and that came in a case.

It depends on production batch. Bikes produced after (if I remember correctly) Aug 2019 all come with the black hardcase. You can see the date of production on the sticker located under the top tube.

mine came with a nice black zipped case charger, manuals, rim tape, tubeless all done for me with spare tubes aswell. Top service

Collected mine today, came with nice black zipped case holding the charger plus hand books etc. Bag with shock tokens and tubeless kit (they are fitting Tannus Armour inserts at six week free service).

Got my 2020 in Dec in Hawaii, no battery case-came in cardboard box, got manual and ziplock bag with 2 tokens, tubeless valves, 2 pedal spacer washers, 2 sm blk zipties. I set tires up tubeless myself.

No tokens in my case. Given my weight, I suspect they put them all in the fork (now I've actually found out what the tokens do exactly)

Got mine in Nov19, date on the frame says 08/07/2019.
I got a charger in a black case, with manuals, tubeless valves, tape, brake spacers and a couple of zip ties.
