I ordered a Speedframe from Fox three weeks ago. The helmet took the specified 5 days to arrive from the Netherlands. My new helmet is a very bright red/orange colour, which is what I wanted, but the visor is pink.
I ordered a replacement black visor 2 weeks ago which will contrast with the black logo & lettering.
I've now had my new helmet 2 weeks & I haven't worn it on ride yet as the pink visor is off putting.
I'm currently on the phone to Fox & waiting patiently in a queue. I've just been cut off & I'm back in a queue again.
UPS are handling the shipping & they're blaming Brexit for the delay (what ever).
Just the heads up for you guys. If you order anything from the EU, you may get a delay with your order.
I've just spoken to a Fox CS agent. He's going to refund my shipping cost & he's sending me a discount code for a future purchase.
He's also trying to push UPS for my visor, before it gets returned to Fox. I'm not holding my breath.
