Trance E+ elite rear wheel alignment

Does something look not right here? On the non drive side I have 15mm clearance on the chainstay, on the drive side about 5mm. could any advanced elite owners post a pic of theirs?

your frame might be poorly aligned/bent I'd ask wherever you bought it from.
also what width are your tyres compared to the max the bike is supposed to take, that could help your argument if its a tyre width that wouldnt fit
you also might wanna check the maxxle/skewer isnt crushing the frame like a vice

The hub dictates the width of the dropouts not the axle.

Yes. The axle is fine. It’s a UDH so axle’s shorter than the dropout.

It’s not bent, it’s carbon

The dropout with seems perfect, I.e. boost wheel slides in perfectly

Tyre is a 2.6, they are species with a 2.4 but I know some people have them with 2.6 from the factory

Did you ever find out anything more on this? I have an Elite 2 as well and have the same situation. Not sure if it's having any have any impact or not. If so it's not obvious.

Yes. Took it in to a Giant store who had another 3 elites in and they are all the same. Clearance is fine with a 2.4, a bit tight with a 2.6 but the chainstay protector is about 2mm thick so giving that a trim would help. I’m sticking to 2.4s anyway as I think they suit the bike better
