It's too damn hot. The problem with U.K weather is we have no time to acclimatise to sun and heat. It's wet windy and mild mostly and then out of nowhere it hits 30CIs it currently too hot to ride or am I being a "wuss"?

Sheeeet dude, you're too 'ardcore for me. I can barely move from a fan blasting on my face. ? Us welsh folk can't take the heat.Time to man-up, brah.
Ride hard in the heat of summer, ride like a rockstar when it cools off.

To almost 30°C in the next couple of days
Was hot tonight. Cheeky few downs at pedals and a quick loop of the free miners. Getting flow back after a few good crashes. Followed by a pint33° at FOD today, perfect trails. Besides I'll be working in a conservatory all week so today was nothing!!!!
Armour and a FF is a bit overkill for Afan marked trails. In this weather you're more likely to keel over from heat exhaustion in that gear!Afan
I'm 70.....you don't bounce very well at my age! FF and armour on every rideArmour and a FF is a bit overkill for Afan marked trails. In this weather you're more likely to keel over from heat exhaustion in that gear!
It is 115 in California desert and we work out in that heat. So 30 Celsius sounds amazing. Is it currently too hot to ride or am I being a "wuss"?

It's like I said though. Brits aren't used to it and the heat here is more humid. I find it very debilitating. I have climbed in California in hotter temps but it simply does not feel as oppressive as it has been here.It is 115 in California desert and we work out in that heat. So 30 Celsius sounds amazing.
