Is there a Cube calculator or chart or something somewhere so I know how much PSI I need in my suspension based on my weight?

If the fork is a Rockshox, there is the Rockshox Trailhead app that gives you the info based on the serial number found on the back of the fork.
Basically you're trying to reach 25-30% sag (how much the fork or shock dips when you're sat on the bike stationary in all your gear), so just add/subtract air from the fork or shock as necessary.
There will plenty of YT videos about this and the Suspension guide sticky on this forum has plenty of information.

Perfect thanks, the forks and shocks both have marks on them marking different percentages so I'll aim for 30% then when static and go from there.

For anyone else wondering, I found this:

Enter the serial number of your forks, bike type (MTB/EMTB) and your weight and it'll give you the PSI and rebound settings required and same for rear shock, enter weight, bike type and rear wheel travel (as advertised by your bike manufacturer) and it'll give you the PSI and rebound settings for that too.

I actually set my psi manually yesterday going for 30% sag and ended up with pretty much the same values as the calculator gave me today.
