Perfect thanks, the forks and shocks both have marks on them marking different percentages so I'll aim for 30% then when static and go from there.If the fork is a Rockshox, there is the Rockshox Trailhead app that gives you the info based on the serial number found on the back of the fork.
Basically your trying to reach 25-30% sag (how much the fork or shock dips when you're sat on the bike stationary) when you're sat on the bike in all your gear, so just add/subtract air from the fork or shock as necessary.
