St Ride vs Stunlocker

What the difference between the two apps? I already have St ride. it has nice features but I just use it to check battery % on my Rise.
My rise is now a mullet and I've seen / heard I need to adjust rear wheel circumference to get back my max speed and can only do it in Stunlocker not ST Ride. is this correct and has anybody done it and verified it increase speed back to normal full 29er?

With STUnlocker you can "open" the motor, to get full torque, US speed, and adjust wheel circumference.
I use Garmin Edge to show battery percentage, what mode I'm in and what power percentage I'm getting....and currently GPS speed.
