Levo Gen 2 Specialized, please reply to my email ticket 04326859

I first email specialized on May 5th and finally got a response on July 20th from Ian K in USA Rider Care. The communication after that was a tad better with a response every couple days or so but it has now been 8 days and 3 emails with no reply. I am trying to give them a chance to make good of my issue before sharing all the headaches publicly so if anyone works for them and can reach out that would be great.
