They're a size range rather than a size. so just don't buy a size that you're at the top end of
UK 10 here and L fits over a thin sports sock without being too tight.
ALDI over here sell a very similar product. And I actually prefer theirs slightly to genuine sealskins. Same deal with them having a S/M/L etc. range rather than sizes.
They do stretch a tiny bit but the tighter they are the less well they'll keep delicate Austrailian feet warm. :p
Stops them getting sweat too btw. I still wear them even in our summer (upto 30deg)
I always buy my riding shoes roomy enough for sealskins and socks
so they're kinda loose in just thin socks

These Shimano GR7’s have been good. They’re not quite as plush as my 510’s but dry out much quicker.

By the looks of this post I will confess to probably having the cheapest mtb shoes money can buy, I think they are reduced from £107 to £35 from sports direct lol.
To be honest I think there great but I am open to criticism of the shoe as its the only pair of dedicated mtb shoe I have ever owned. ( muddy fox) . They seem to be indestructible , really comfy, nice and grippy and with a quick wash come up like new.

£35 for biking shoes, if you like them, are happy with their performance and they hold up well is still bargain. but there's not a snowball's chance in hell they ever sold for £107.
Sports direct bought the Muddyfox brand name years back when the company was in trouble, SD then pretty much destroyed the brand as a serious cycle manufacturer and now punt out cheap low quality Asian manufatured products using the name behind a pricing scam that makes out everything is reduced from higher premium prices. Duping the consumer into thinking they've bought a product from a longstanding reputable brand.
SD use this exact ploy across many previously well known/regarded brands.
SD is run using far more dubious practices than this. But not many businessmen folk go from nothing to billionaire without a dubious background.
No criticism of the actual shoe. (I've never used one). just letting you know what you've bought.

Talk about pissing on a mans chips, and there was me thinking about all those poor soles that spent £107 :p
Honestly its a cracking shoe :)
Saying that I feel the ridiculous need to try some £100 plus shoes just because of this thread

poor soles
and he even throws in a shoe joke !

I'd be tempted to try a pair of these as I seem to be shoe cursed. I've ordered Northwave clans, 5-10 Impacts and Etnies ... thought I'd be struggling to decide what to wear and nothing has ever come... Sadly they only have three sizes left, and not the right ones. Might try ordering @simonk 's gr7's next .. Do they do a wireless Di2 lace version ?

Take a look in the classifieds later tonight.
I'll be offloading a brand new pair of 5:10 impacts with a genuine £50 saving.

Yeah but we don't know what kind of dubious sexual act they might have been involved in.

Do they come with photo's in normal light and black light ?

Apparently there is a Japanese company called R Soles who are about to release a highly rated range of MTB shoes.
There is the R Sole Winking for entry level riders and the R Sole Gush for the more experienced.
If anybody could share an image of a pair of R Soles I would be most grateful.

Let us know how they work out, could be a bargain find - it is one of my life's ambitions to buy Muddy fox back off sports direct and relaunch it - when I was young they where the shizzle and all I aspired to own.

I have put a year on the Unparallel Dust Ups now and by far and away my favourite shoe - grippier IMO than five tens, or at least on a par, but with a more flexible sole - lots of technical features, protection in all the right places, lightweight and been bulletproof. Not cheap but highly recommended. Main thing I like is they grip, but you can still tweak your foot position easily.

For some reason that picture give me the impression you are wearing Plus Fours just out of view

It could be worse !!! .........

Your interpretive photographic perception is off the charts ! I had to roll up my Blakladers to take the picture, the end result of which was - I looked like I was wearing Plus Fours !

Incidentally, I have a couple of pairs of blaklader pirate shorts, which don't look as daft as plus fours (just) - Highly recommended for work when it's warmer and you still need knee protection.

Just a note that my delicate Australian feet thank you for your suggestion. Bought a pair of medium weight DexShell socks locally available. Been wet, muddy and cool. Shoes soaked but feet dry and warm. Size was true to form and they are lined so no need for extra sock. Thanks again.
