Shimano E8000 repair or replacement motor - out of warranty suggestions.

Hi, my other half’s 2019 Vitus E-Sommet has flashed up with the W013 and the E010 errors codes and won’t re-set. I’ve removed the battery several times including hard re-set, checked / cleaned the obvious connexions. I’ve brought it in the house and have a fan blowing over it, as we’ve just spent a very wet week riding in Wales, just in case its damp.

The bike is 2 years 3 months old and we bought it used, so we’re unlikely to get a warranty replacement, if the motor / bearings have gone.

Does anyone have any suggestions on where I could get it repaired or where I can pick up a new motor if not? I’m based in the north of England.

Any help or suggestions greatly appreciated and sorry if this is in the wrong forum section.

You could give these guys a call, I think they're based in Cumbria somewhere.
I've never had cause to use them yet but I've kept their number for when mine eventually goes wrong
