Shigura questions

So my 2011 Saint M810 brakes are starting to not be as awesome as they have always been. They are the oldest component I am yet to upgrade on my just-over-one year old VMG Tyhpon.

Doing some reading, and with the AUD$500-ish I have to spend, I am considering the Shigura option. I can get the MT7 Calipers for $150-ish each, but regarding the levers, are the XT M8100 a suitable model for the Shigura combo? Or do I need Saint levers?

Finally, I'll need some hydraulic lines and fluid. Do Shigura folk use Magura oil? Or Shimano? And is there a go-to for DIY hydraulic cable?

EDIT: I'm hoping to avoid having to buy a full MT-7 kit and ditch the levers, for the ease of having brake lines already attached to the calipers.

Servo wave levers are what you need. I use xt levers and Shimano fluid on mt5 calipers in my setup on one bike and they work just fine for me.
I'm sure mt7 will be better still 👍
