While upgrading, did you remove the motor and battery? I want to replace the brakes but guess I have to remove motor and battery. The hose is very tight and won't move along the battery.

I had to remove the motor and also disassemble the rear triangle, there is such a small gap in the main triangle that I was not able to guide hose through it when rear triangle was joined. But that was maybe just me 😁
No need to remove battery. But headset and motor definitely have to be removed

(Ignore the stickers on the table 😂😂, used a table my niece decorated)

Also maybe to note, at the time when I was replacing the brake hose, I did not have in the down tube dropper and shifting cables as I am running AXS dropper and shifting, so maybe because of that there was more room.
Also the brake hose is at the bottom of the frame attached to the frame with a zip tie.

No need, you pull out the whole motor, you can even leave the cranks there. There is no need to even disconnect the motor. You just put it aside and be careful not to drop it.

I did my upgrades and modifications now as well but wondering....what torque is needed for the motor bolts? Can't find them anywhere, my guess would be about 15 or 20Nm but maybe you know?

Yeah, those are ISIS version

And to remove old cranks tool like this

For the XX cranks it is enough to have 8mm allen key
Brilliant. Thanks very much. You running 150mm forks as well. What model are they?
