Sorry bit lost here. Your motor failed so they offered you a new bike?!
Back in 2019, after my second motor broke they hooked me up with an SWorks upgrade. That was very cool and made me stay loyal to the company even after the motors continued to fail around 500 miles. Fast forward to today… the current motor has 1,200 miles on it but has been making the dreaded grinding noise for the last few hundred miles. This motor is about 16 months old so I assumed it would still be covered under the two year motor warranty. They told me I would have to pay $900 for a new motor this time and it would have a 2 year warranty. I’m wondering if I should continue to fight with them about it or just pay the $900 and move on.

interesting my friends had 7 motors on his 2019 got no option of replacement bike. Maybe its a state side thing as no dealer would entertain swapping the whole bike for a top end model for motor issues here for sure. We do tend to go through motors quite quick here due to weather. Though saying that my 2022 levo still has same motor in!

6'1" ride s4, and was sized up at Specialized Shop locally, and they said s4. Brother came into town and he's 5'9" and rode an s3 Levo. Thinking it depends upon the terrain. Here in Santa Cruz I prefer something a bit smaller than larger.

Ya I think I just got super lucky with that upgrade they gave me. After talking to Soecialized a bit more I found out that my 2019 had a 4 year warranty the motor. The last motor was replaced about a year ago, just inside of the 4 year warranty. So now I have to buy the motor at a 25% discount for $900. This will come with a new 2 year warranty. It guess I was wrong to assume that every time the motor failed I would get a new 2 year warranty with it.
