Back in 2019, after my second motor broke they hooked me up with an SWorks upgrade. That was very cool and made me stay loyal to the company even after the motors continued to fail around 500 miles. Fast forward to today… the current motor has 1,200 miles on it but has been making the dreaded grinding noise for the last few hundred miles. This motor is about 16 months old so I assumed it would still be covered under the two year motor warranty. They told me I would have to pay $900 for a new motor this time and it would have a 2 year warranty. I’m wondering if I should continue to fight with them about it or just pay the $900 and move on.Sorry bit lost here. Your motor failed so they offered you a new bike?!
