Replacement rear axle for cube stereo hybrid?

I'm wanting to change the rear axle for a quick release one. It's 148x12 but any idea where I find what thread it is?
Bike is a cube stereo hybrid 160 action team 2022.

Can’t help re the thread pitch, but some Trek bike thru axles come with a hex lever that’s held in by a strong magnet, just pull it out if you need to do the other wheel. My Trek Farley fat bike had one, really good little gadget. A Trek dealer should have them.

These work well. Just fitted a pair to mine. My thread pitch and details were on the existing axle.

If it’s M12 then you could compare to a standard bolt which would be 1.75, and if finer a 1.5 pitch.

This is all the details on it. Seems to be a finer pitch than the front axle.

Yes! Appreciate the help. Doing some digging it seems to be m12 x 148 with a 1.0 pitch.

I‘m sure you know but if not. Being a pitch of 1.0 means each mm there will be a high to high, or low to low, point on thread. So 10 threads per 1cm

Nope, i don't fully understand thread pitch tbh. I vaguely remember being shown how to identify different pitches on my apprenticeship many years ago.
Easier now just to use a thread checking tool - except I'd left it at work and didn't have it to hand.

Being 1.0 it’s a thread each mm so easily checked with just a rule

Yes! So the rear is:

12 mm | DT Swiss

Which is boost 148mm length with 15mm of thread with a M12 X1 pitch. (12mm diameter axle)
(Overall 163mm length)

The difficulty is sourcing one. Only DT Swiss make them and I bought mine from wiggle but they've not been in stock for ages.

That looks like the right one, just remember the 1mm pitch.

Front quick release depends which forks you have, for the fox 38's you need a kit with the quick release that provides bushes for it to fit correctly.

You'll need to dig through the manual and find the axle spec, it'll probably be 15x110mm boost but you'll need the thread pitch details. Check your existing axle in case it's printed on.
Once you've got the details it should be straight forward to then search for a quick release.
