If it’s M12 then you could compare to a standard bolt which would be 1.75, and if finer a 1.5 pitch.

I‘m sure you know but if not. Being a pitch of 1.0 means each mm there will be a high to high, or low to low, point on thread. So 10 threads per 1cm

The difficulty is sourcing one. Only DT Swiss make them and I bought mine from wiggle but they've not been in stock for ages.

That looks like the right one, just remember the 1mm pitch.
Front quick release depends which forks you have, for the fox 38's you need a kit with the quick release that provides bushes for it to fit correctly.
What bike do you have?
