Looks like my motor (Bosch Performance Line CX 75Nm) has crapped itself :(
Out of warranty, so my only option seems to be to try to find a replacement online somewhere.
I see a good few for sale on ebay
So is it just a matter of buying a replacement, then bringing to any LBS with Bosch diagnostics to program it and away we go?
Any potential pitfalls?

I have bought two performance line from 4mybike.de on ebay.
They will ask for information and, for an extra $, will send it pre programmed for your bike, so its basically plug and play.

How far out of warranty ?
If you are the original owner it's well worth taking it back to the shop you bought it from ..I'm on to my third motor and was 1 month out of warranty on my first replacement but got another warranty .
When that one went I got a discount on another new motor ..with another 2 year warranty earlier this year ..

Does the motor come with warranty?
I am not sure, it would not make a difference to me because, since I live in Brazil, the costs of sending it back to warranty would not worth it. The original motor that came on the cube bike, witch I have bought on a trip to England ( 25 kh/h max) in 2022, has 5.000 km and is working fine, the first one from 4mybike was a non CX, set to 45 km/h, and also has 5.000 km with no problems, the second one from 4mybike arrived last month and was used for the first time yesterday, it is a CX set to 32 km/h, this one I bought only to attend to races where the max speed is checked before the race.
