Hi @Specialized Rider Care
I recently got a 2019 Kenevo Expert. Please could you take a look at the following screen shots from mission control and tell me if I've got the latest firmware installed and also why in the first image the serial number is all question marks?
I'm loving the bike by the way.
Many thanks

Thanks for reaching out. The motor firmware looks up to date but battery firmware is 1 version older than currently available. If you take it back to the retailer you purchased from and ask them to update the firmware this will make small but noticeable changes to the way the battery interacts with the motor. It will enable "Infinite Tune" when you use the Mission Control app to set-up your bike - which allows you to separate Support levels from peak power (current delivery). As to the serial number revealing only question marks I cannot answer - will ask a colleague on that one.

Thanks for the response. In mission control I can adjust support and peak power in increments of 5% With the update would I be able to adjust them in increments of 1% ?

Dear Tpp,
Sorry to hijack your topic !

I want to ask Specialized Rider Care.

(My name is Alan Ng, from Hong Kong.

Last year I with my friend travel in Germany, and buy 2 unit Specialized Kenevo.
When finish our travel ,we sent 2 Kenevo back to Hongkong.

Now, our Kenevo motor & battery is old firmware.
(Motor :5.0.0 , Battery 2.22.3)

I ask specialized HongKong can update firmware, the answer is : they without ebike equipment to do update.

I want to know where can update or may I buy equipment to update the firmware?)

I already send email to Specialized Riders care, The reply only give me Case number #03524268.

After 2 weeks, no body reply or contact me, is this normal ?

3 Mission Control Issues
1- The Rider Power- either I am the strongest human to ever exist or there is a bug- Rider power data goes from what I would expect 80-300w but swings wildly to 3000 - 8000 even 12,000 w. What is going on is this a bug? (the motor power stays accurate)
2- Can you not change the Acceleration Response % for different modes? - I would like 0% for Eco- Maybe 50% for faster acting response in Trail and a 100% for Turbo. But it does not allow me to do so. I have to pick a single % and it stays the same for all three modes.
3- Can you not look back at all the stats on My Rides? It only lets me look back at Distance, Duration, Ave Speed, Min and Max Elevation, Max Speed, Calories, Total Consumption, and Ave Support Level. Can I not look back at Rider Power, Motor Power and all the other data points that you can see during your ride?

Hi, maybe you are better of using BLEvo? Topic 1 and 3 are already solved then. You could ask @PaoloBLEvo maybe to integrate option number 2? If he likes it I guess it's done with next update. He is really fast in his developments.

I think the issue 1 is because MC or Garmin don't filter the strange values.. In BLEvo there is a filter for each data received from the bike, because BLEvo doesn't "trust" in these data .
For the issue 2, it is possible to implement in BLEvo.. I add it in my TODO list.

Paolo, I tried the Blevo App but the speed limit is set at 25kmh not 32kmh or 20mph in the US, when I try to increase it to the US speed limit, it says I will violate my warranty, I cannot do this, is there an option for your US customers to increase the speed without violating the warranty?
My bike will go 32kmh with the Mission Control app and I don't want to have to go slower if I use the Blevo app.

Sorry, the message is referred only to not US guys. I will change the message. Until now I'm not able to understand if the bike is from US or not... Could you post the Battery Monitor screen shot?
Thanks.

Paolo, thank you for your response, the bike is from the US.
I do not know what the Battery Monitor is. From your app? From Mission Control? Or something else?
Thanks

From the BLEvo app. There is a button called "Battery Monitor" where you can have all the battery information.
Ciao.
