Yeah, it was the Utah shop that ghosted me. Not a deal breaker, but took the EXT's off of the top of my list after I read so many stories of people needing to send them back repeatedly to get them working how they wanted. I have a Mara Pro on order to try now, but if that doesn't work out might still try the EXT. I either want a very linearly sprung air shock, or a progressively damped coil shock :geek:

Well I have narrow it down to two shocks, Cane Creek Dbcoil cs and Ohlins ttx 22, there is a £100 difference in price which is not enough to influence my decision, going to do more research see which one is right for me, I was considering air shock but I do like the low maintenance of coil shock and most importantly the feeling of a coil shock so I’m going to stick with the coil shock, much as I like the idea of having custom shocks such as ext, push I think they are too much money at this time for me.

Hi it’s 230x65, I’m going to order it from J-TECH suspension, J-TECH Suspension Ltd they have been great help so far, you could also try tftuned.co.uk they are great as well.
You will get your shock almost set for you based on the information you gave them when you place the order, unlike buying from stores such as chain reaction cycles or tredz.

They should feel similar. The db coil is based on olins technology(twin tube technology). The piggyback reservoir is more bulky on the cc though. I can barely have a tube and tire levers strapped to my top tube above and behind the cc piggyback
