Not a clue I will try and find out. Built a long time ago the tree on left has grown up and the door won't open. If it was built before the trees it could be a hide for looking at wildlife ?What is or was this elevated barn(?) / shelter(?) for?

My wife would shiver when I tell her I would eat the eyes of most fish and most everything (except the shell) on a lobster. It’s a maritime’r thing.
I sometimes get a John Dory and bake it in oven as it is ,wife don't like it winking at her . My neighbour is the Skipper of Eternal Light a Fraserburgh registered boat. He fishes for Scallops so I get a bag of 50 from him and any by catch gets taken home. Lemon sole and Dover sole lovely stuff.Rollmop wrapped around a pickle. Always a jar in the fridge. There is an old building about twenty metres away which was once a sawmill. The sawdust went in to that shack maybe through a chute or pipe . Then a trailer would reverse under it and sawdust emptied in to it and taken away. I've cycled through that woods for nearly 40 years and never noticed it through the trees it just caught my eye today. Every days a school day remember.What is or was this elevated barn(?) / shelter(?) for?
Wheels don't work to well where we are today (Seiser Alm) but by all accounts it's epic eMTB here in summer. Peter Fill (ex down ski racer) 2 years ago stocked Trek Rails but now all Haibike.

Sorry for OT. Question to the fisherman who may know. When fishing soles from the beach at the dutch Northsea coast I catched some with dark brown spots on the bottom side. I though it might have to do with the lumps of oil sometimes floating to the beach, what might be wrong.
Do you have any explanation for it?
Example:
What kind of sole is it ? . There are lots of Flat fish which are not called sole eg witch , Megram. Plaice there may be others . Sole fish I know of Lemon sole ,Dover sole .

Plaice and/or flounder.
Once you strip the skin off if there's still dark spots don't eat the fish.

Had to Google Fahrenheit to convert to 31 c . I only get that when I go to Italy on my hols. We're getting a balmy 12 this week. Unseasonably warm. Winds of 80 mph if your in the wrong place this week. Enjoy

Guilty as charged.
Wee run today even the roots were dry. Levo cut out a few times. Motor on but remote not shifting through modes need to unplug battery cable to start or stop. Rack on van bit for wheel broke bike half on or off when I got home. That's what the bus was flashing me for duh.
