Hi All,
As mentioned i am considering a size M Orbea wild M20. I currently ride a Giant reign e+1 it is a mullet bike so tire rub in steep tight technical places has never been an issue.
So I am wandering how 5'6 5'7 riders do . ( i'm 170 in metric) Do the y have rear wheel rub on compressions, in roll ins or other?

Other wise i would intend on carrying over my fox 38 performance elite, hope tech 4 v4 and my fast fenix coil shock and a few other bits,.
Unfortunately my local shop only has a large to test.
I am usually a pretty fast and comitted rider and ride in the alps all year long.

Thanks

I hope that the tyre is not rubbing on your arse crack!
I'm 6'1" and my 29er was doing that, so I switched to a mullet for my next bike which solved the problem.

What worked for me on my 29er arse-crack rubbing tyre was to fit a flexible mudguard, one that pivoted from the seat post. All that happend then was that the mudguard pushed the mudguard against my shorts. I still got the vibration, but I didn't get mud forced through the fabric of my shorts! So, I got the best of both worlds! :giggle:
