Orbea Rise won't hold a charge

I plugged in my new Orbea Rise overnight to get a full charge.
The next morning the light was blinking green.
But when I go to ride it, within 15 seconds, the display lights by the handlebars both blink red.
If I turn the whole thing off, then on again, the light will be green until I begin to ride it, then same thing as before, 2 blinking red lights.
Anyone run into this?
What's the remedy?

Have you looked at the error codes using E-TUBE app yet? That’s more like a missing speed sensor magnet error than no charge.

Same opinion here, that is not a battery problem. Good Luck!

Someone else on here had this exact same issue and it was a magnet problem

Thanks for the suggestions! Magnet was the culprit. Working perfect now!!!
