I was watching a video on stripping it down and changing/cleaning bearings etc so thought i better get the correct one.

I think potentially the tools are the same, it's just the sag setting for 200 or 210.

For actually preloading either works. Clean and grease all bearings well. Be sure to use the loctite 641 retaining compound on the splines. Crank he preload tight tight tight. Use blue loctite on linkage bolts and torque down well after applying retaining compound but before removing preload tool.

I have not had a single creak from my rear linkage since and have hammered my bikes with longer travel coil sprung rear ends and I weigh 240lbs. The creaking was enough to drive me mad before figuring out how to really sort it out. The preload tools are kinda flimsy aluminum and I have personally bent two so tend to have an extra in hand just in case. But again, haven't had to mess with them for over a year. I know I should clean and grease the bearings again soon.
