Hey everyone, I just got a new 2019 Levo a few days ago. I left it on charge last night after a 30ish mile ride. I just fitted a dropper post today but after getting everything installed I've come to test it and the bike seems completely dead. Hold down the power button and nothing happens, no battery idicator lights and no power either. I plugged in the charger and there is a green light on the power brick (it stays green regardless of whether its plugged in) and no lights on the battery itself.
I should say when I was riding it home last night I did notice a burning smell up one of the hills on the way back. I thought perhaps the smell came from a passing car and didn't think much of it, the bike got home under power without issue. If something burned out shouldn't it have died there and then.
Are the green battery lights always supposed to come on when the charger is plugged in? Is there another switch or fuse or something I'm missing? Is it possible I did something when installing the dropper post?
Thanks
