I have been unable to find out how to change my email address in my profile. The app does not allow it. I have contacted Rider Care Support several times with no response since last May and the local Specialized dealer does not know how. I don't want to lose my ride history by setting up a new account. Does anyone know if changing my email address in my profile is possible or if I am missing any important Mission Control communications from Specialized by not changing it?
