Mission Control Need to change email address in profile

I have been unable to find out how to change my email address in my profile. The app does not allow it. I have contacted Rider Care Support several times with no response since last May and the local Specialized dealer does not know how. I don't want to lose my ride history by setting up a new account. Does anyone know if changing my email address in my profile is possible or if I am missing any important Mission Control communications from Specialized by not changing it?

I'm just hoping Specialized Rider Care Support will contact me to confirm they are not able to change it for me. That was my request to them.
