I wanted to wait till I had at least 10k kilometers before I declared my love for this bike. Absolutely no issues with the motor/battery and I can't believe how the frame and bearings are holding up. I know I would have been through a set of rearend bearings and a bottom bracket on my acoustic bikes by now. This thing is solid. Nothing wrong with original fork but I did upgrade to a Performance Elite 38mm 170 when they were on sale. I service the lowers and the air can on my rear shock often. I am on my second cassette, and I run a XO chain that seems to last a long time. View attachment 20240411_214501666_iOS.jpg View attachment 20240411_222841754_iOS.jpg

What I find curious is 132 charge cycles and still 100% max capacity - did you change or warranty the battery by chance?

Never been back to Specialized for any service. I'm curious how many cycles folks get before it begins to degrade? I was thinking it should have at least 80% of original capacity at ~300 cycles?
