Motor rattling when on and I stop pedaling

I have a 2020 Liv Intrigue E+. Not sure this is normal, or if it´s something I should worry about... a few weeks ago I started noticing that when the motor is on and I stop pedaling it makes rattling noises, as if something was loose inside. But what intrigues me is that the noise only happens when the motor is on. If I turn the motor off and cycle along, it doesn´t seem to happen. Any idea of what might be, and if I should worry about it?

That looks like a problem with the mechanism of the freewheel inside the motor. Maybe the bearing of the freewheel. I don't think it will break anytime soon but it is covered under warranty so please check it with your LBS asap.

Mine did a similar thing on one ride. I was starting the downhill and it sounded like there was something rattling around inside the case but only when pedaling. It went away evenutally and hasn't happened since.

Thanks! I´ll do a few more rides and if it doesn´t stop I´ll check in with the LBS.
