Or the wife's sisters brazilian?
That must deserve some form of word play award !
Or the wife's sisters brazilian?
+1 ?A wee tip. When you fit a new tubeless set up, take it straight out for a short ride.
Must Obey At Bed ?Is "Moab" Brazilian slang for "Wife's sister" ?
What about a 27.5 front and a 26 on the rear ? or a 29 front and a 26 rear ?Nothing stopping you putting 26" wheels on any 27.5 Emtb. Most have at least 15mm* too high a BB anyway.
*ie. more than the real world difference in wheel radius between the two wheel sizes
so what air pressure you running on these and what were you running on the OE’s
I wanted to try them next, but they don't do 29only 27.5 and 26 on their website.
no shit?
As I've learnt, if you talk enough crap, just by the infinite laws of quantum bullshit - eventually you'll be right about something !
Don't fret - it's Friday, we'll all have a beer for you !
2.6 is mainly just marketing hype2.6 seems like the sweetspot for a lot of riding
How are the e-wilds going?
About squealing, LBS says..clean and resurface pads and disks, then run-in again. Havent tried it yet becuase the Trance quit squealing all on its own after a few weeks of constant noise.Been too busy to get out much. Did a quick 30k zoom in torrential rain a couple of days ago, managed to get them sliding more as you push them harder, but everytime they'd catch again nicely rather than dumping you on your arse like the butchers. (I'm relating this from the riding perspective of a muppet rather than a pro).
Went for a slow wet ride yesterday "avec cheval" .. so spent most of my time brake testing on every surface I could find to take advantage of the time. Gripped impressively. (but how do you stop sram's freeeekkkkiinnn screeeeaammmming all the time in the rain ???)
I think the standard Butchers are slightly more grippy for traction in slushy mud on a climb, you feel the wilds spin for about 1/4 turn before they bite again.
Just about to go for another very wet quick play ..
Is "Moab" Brazilian slang for "Wife's sister" ?
How are you guys getting on with the E WIlds, still loving them?
I'm in the market for some new tyres after almost coming a cropper on a gravelly corner earlier and these have been on the list for a while.
How do these tyres fare on dry, loose, dusty, gravelly type terrain?
Am I better looking elsewhere for a "summer" tyre?
